Actress And Former Girl Group Member Impresses With Her Clear Voice On "King Of Masked Singer"
“Lady Gaga” from “King of Masked Singer” was revealed to be an actress who was previously part of a girl group.
The August 6 episode of “King of Masked Singer” showed the first round of the duet battle. “Lady Gaga” and “Madonna” were the first contestants to perform, and they sang Yang Soo Kyung’s “Love is a Cold Temptation” (literal title). “Lady Gaga” sang with a clear, lovely voice, while “Madonna” showed off her deep, powerful voice.

Madonna moved on to the second round with 59 points, while “Lady Gaga” received 40 points and had to take off her mask. Singing IU’s “Only I Didn’t Know,” she took off her mask to reveal herself as actress and former Secret member Han Sun Hwa.
She said, “Before appearing on the show, I went to the karaoke with my friends to practice. I told myself, ‘Please take your mask off!’ and pictured the situation in my head.”
She continued, “When I was a member of Secret, I wasn’t in charge of the vocals. I was in charge of variety shows, so people only remember ‘Han Sun Hwa’ as a bright person. While appearing on dramas, I’d also like to show my bright self on variety shows as well if I get a chance to do so.”
After the broadcast, she uploaded a picture of herself on her Instagram account. She added the hashtags, “#KingOfMaskedSinger #LadyGaga #AhhNervous #ThankYou.”
