Sunmi has shared a first teaser for her solo comeback, with her song due out on August 22 at noon KST.

Her new song was produced by The Black Label, which is headed by YG Entertainment’s famous producer Teddy.

Her agency MakeUs Entertainment has included the Korean title “Gashina” in their announcement. The track was composed by Teddy, 24, and Joe Rhee, with lyrics by Teddy, Sunmi, Joe Rhee, and 24.

Sunmi will be making her first solo comeback after leaving JYP Entertainment and joining MakeUs Entertainment.

A source from MakeUs Entertainment said, “After moving companies we kept working on music that Sunmi can do the best. Since she’s making a solo comeback after three years, we prepared a lot and are planning on having her be active with activities.”

The former Wonder Girls member previously dropped solo hits “24 Hours” and “Full Moon.” She will be making her official comeback on August 22.
