WINNER's Kang Seung Yoon Reveals What He's Doing To Prepare For His Upcoming Drama

On the August 8 broadcast of SBS Power FM’s “Choi Hwa Jung’s Power Time,” WINNER’s Kang Seung Yoon revealed how he’s preparing for his upcoming drama “Wise Prison Life” (working title).

First, Kang Seung Yoon explained how he felt, saying, “When I heard the news [that I was cast in the drama], I was happy and very thankful. They even changed [my character’s] lines to a regional dialect just for me” (Kang Seung Yoon is from Busan, where people speak in a strong dialect).

He then shared, “I thought I should work hard, so I started to exercise, which is something I never used to do.”

Meanwhile, “Wise Prison Life” is a drama set in a prison, and it is slated to air some time during the second half of 2017 on tvN.
