Sunmi Talks About Meeting Kim Chungha And Shares Variety Show Wish List

On August 14, Sunmi revealed stories behind working on her upcoming solo single album “Gashina,” and talked about being on variety shows.

During a broadcast on Naver’s V Live, fans asked Sunmi why she had bruises on her arm. Sunmi replied, “I get bruised easily while dancing because my bones are pointy. It’s been that way since ’24 Hours.'”

She then revealed, “There isn’t any choreography on the floor for ‘Gashina,’ but there’s one point that hurts really bad. Not even concealer works because it rubs off. I’ll be going on stage without any concealer this time.”

Sunmi also demonstrated a short finger gun gesture in response to requests for a dance spoiler.

Since “Gashina” is a special edition album, Sunmi proudly told her fans, “I put in a lot of thought and prepared lots of things for you guys.”

One of her special gifts to her fans was going on variety shows. Sunmi revealed, “I already finished shooting ‘Weekly Idol’ and ‘Happy Together.” She added, “I want to be on ‘Running Man,’ ‘Radio Star,’ and ‘Ask Us Anything’ too.”

The singer also shared a special encounter with Kim Chungha. “I met Kim Chungha on ‘Weekly Idol,’ and she was so pretty and cute. She was similar to me in some ways. I watched her since ‘Produce 101’ and I feel like I’ve made a really good friend.”

Sunmi’s new album “Gashina” was produced in collaboration with YG Entertainment producer Teddy and others from The Black Label.

“Gashina” is scheduled to be released on August 22.
