Wanna One's Park Ji Hoon Sustains Minor Injury Due To Situation Involving Overzealous Fans

It has been revealed that Wanna One’s Park Ji Hoon was recently injured when the group was met with overzealous fans while on their way to film “Immortal Songs”.

On August 14, photos of Park Ji Hoon were shared on an online community that showed an injury he had sustained on his finger, with cuts deep enough to draw blood.

On this day, the members of Wanna One visited the KBS studios to film “Immortal Songs” and were met with hundreds of fans who had flocked to the building to catch a glimpse of the members. However, it is said that the sheer number of people present added with the disorderly conduct of a group of overzealous fans led to a situation that could have been dangerous for everyone there.

Though it is not clear how exactly Park Ji Hoon sustained his injury, it seems as though it happened while the members of Wanna One were surrounded by fans who rushed to see them up close. The other members of Wanna One are also said to have sustained minor injuries as well.

Hearing this news, many fans of Wanna One have stepped up to request that YMC Entertainment, who manages the boy band, take stronger measures to ensure the members’ safety.
