"Law Of The Jungle" PD Shares How Lee Soo Geun's Appearance On The Show Changed Kim Byung Man

Lee Soo Geun is set to enter the jungle and reunite with his close friend Kim Byung Man!

Following the latest episode of SBS’s “Law of the Jungle” on August 11, a preview showed Kim Byung Man welcoming a new batch of celebrities, including Lee Soo Geun, GFRIEND’s Yerin, Yang Jung Won, VIXX’s Hongbin, Lee Tae Hwan, and Choi Won Young, to the Komodo Islands.

Regarding Lee Soo Geun’s participation, producing director (PD) Lee Se Young stated, “It was good to see Lee Soo Geun and Kim Byung Man back together again on the same show, and I think Kim Byung Man’s expression was brighter throughout the trip. Lee Soo Geun is a hard worker and has great survival skills, but more importantly, I think his presence as a friend helped Kim Byung Man feel more comfortable and at ease.”

The PD continued to explain, “Usually, Kim Byung Man is constantly on alert because he feels the need to take care of the new visitors, but he was laughing and having fun this time around because his friend was there. They joked around a lot from start to finish. It was nice to see him having fun and messing around like a high school student when we usually see him so serious as the leader of the group.”

Lee Soo Geun decided to appear on “Law of the Jungle” despite his busy schedule to show support for his close friend Kim Byung Man. Lee Se Young added, “Lee Soo Geun said he wanted to help out his friend make a healing jungle for him.”

Lee Soo Geun’s appearance on “Law of the Jungle” will air on August 18 at 10 p.m. KST.
