WINNER Thanks Fans As They Celebrate 3rd Anniversary
It’s now been three years since WINNER made their debut!
August 17 is WINNER’s 3rd anniversary, after having made their debut with the album “2014 S/S” in August of 2014, and later staging their first music show performance on “Inkigayo” on August 17. The group has gone on to release a mini album, two single albums, and more, with their recent single “Our Twenty For” being a huge hit.
Through YG Entertainment, the WINNER members said to fans, “We’re always grateful for all your love. We’ll repay that by always showing you a good image. We remember every single moment we’ve spent together with our fans in the days that have led to our third anniversary.”
“This is the most precious anniversary for us so far,” they continued. “We’ve learned and grown a lot over the past three years. This is the start. We want to do everything with our fans together in the future.”
Kang Seung Yoon posted to his Instagram to celebrate the big day with fans. He wrote, “If I look back on the past three years, I think I was just always only looking forward as I worked hard and ran ahead! It’s been a very eventful three years, but to our Inner Circle who have always been behind us, believing in us and following us, being together with us, and lighting up our youth! Thank you!”
He continued, “I’ll work hard so that WINNER and Inner Circle’s every moment together in the future too will be a blue spring day!”
Kim Jin Woo posted on their anniversary with the caption in English, “I love you thank you.”

WINNER’s official Instagram shared a picture of the guys, with a caption in which they thanked their fans for everything over the years.
In addition, YG Entertainment founder Yang Hyun Suk posted on Instagram to wish the group a happy anniversary, and also added in the caption, “Let’s go for putting out a new song one more time this year.”
