Watch: Lee Hyori Spends Meaningful Time With Deaf Homestay Guest At The Beach

Lee Hyori showed her caring side once again on this week’s episode of JTBC’s “Hyori’s Homestay.”

One of the guests staying at Lee Hyori’s house recently shared with the singer that she had lost her hearing when she was young. During the episode, Lee Hyori decided to take her to Handam Beach, which is also the location of BIGBANG member G-Dragon’s cafe.

Lee Hyori visibly enunciated when she spoke, so that the guest could easily read her lips. The two had a very moving conversation about the sound of waves and how sometimes the best way to feel something is not necessarily by seeing or hearing, but feeling.

Meanwhile, “Hyori’s Homestay” was recently chosen as one of the best variety shows of the year. The show airs on Sundays at 8:50 p.m. KST.
