WINNER Shows How Excited They Are To Go On "Youth Over Flowers" Trip

WINNER is so ready for their “Youth Over Flowers” trip!

During the finale of tvN’s “New Journey to the West 4” on August 22, footage was shown of gifts being handed out to the cast. The members had made requests of what they wanted to receive, with most of the cast choosing items like cell phones and video cameras.

In a previous episode, Song Mino had said that instead of receiving an object as a prize, he’d rather the staff make his dream come true by having WINNER go on a “Youth Over Flowers” trip.

“Youth Over Flowers” is another of “New Journey to the West” producing director Na Young Suk’s reality shows, in which a group of celebrity friends are whisked away on a trip together overseas with zero or very little time to prepare.

When the cast all had their wishes fulfiled in footage in this week’s episode, Na Young Suk announced to Song Mino, “I’m not sure when it will be, but tvN will definitely take charge of it and make Song Mino’s wish come true.”

Song Mino looked absolutely thrilled as he raised his arm in the air in joy to hear that his dream was going to become reality.

The show then shared a photo of the four members of WINNER each holding up signs. Song Mino drew a comic to show his excitement, and the message on Kang Seung Yoon’s sign reads, “Just in case, we’re not going to resist, so you don’t need to bring handcuffs.”

Lee Seung Hoon wrote on his sign, “I left my passport in the tvN security office.” Kim Jin Woo’s sign says, “We’re ready to be taken away. Please take us away soon!” He also added, “I’m really excited.”

WINNER also recently talked about how happy they were when they found out that they’d be doing a “Youth Over Flowers” trip together.
