Lee Hyori Is Hilariously In Disbelief Over IU's Fashion Choices

On the August 27 broadcast of JTBC’s “Hyori’s Homestay,” Lee Hyori hilariously critiqued IU’s fashion.

The two went shopping in the episode, and IU confidently picked some clothes that she liked. However, Lee Hyori quickly shook her head, disapproving IU’s choices. IU brought out a blue T-shirt, a denim overall dress, and a hat, all seemingly from the 1980s. Lee Hyori even comments that the items IU picked are likely to be worn in a throwback movie like “Sunny.”

IU also seemed to be in great debate over two shirts, to which Lee Hyori comically added, “Both are weird, so why are you deep in contemplation? It looks like something men wear when they’re exercising.”

When IU asked Lee Hyori to pick between two shirts, Lee Hyori said, “Now this is really hard.”

Despite the two singers’ fashion senses being on the opposite extremes, Lee Hyori encouraged IU’s shopping spree by saying, “Don’t mind me. Pick what you want to buy.”
