Dal Shabet's Serri Chooses Wanna One's Kang Daniel As Her Ideal Type

Dal Shabet member Serri recently took part in a pictorial and interview for bnt, where she spoke about her career, music, and ideal type.

The girl group member shared that she fell into the world of dance when she went to her friend’s jazz academy. From then on, she created her own dance team in middle school and competed in national dance competitions. Serri said, “At that time, I got a lot of casting offers from SM Entertainment and JYP Entertainment. I was on SM’s Best Youth Competition and got to be an SM trainee for a bit, at the same time as Sunmi and Super Junior’s Shindong.”

She also talked about having so much aegyo that it’s hard for her members to endure, which Serri explained, “Since I am in charge as the leader, I always think about giving the members good energy.” Her aegyo also increases when she is dating, which naturally led to the question of her ideal type. Serri answered, “These days, I’m really into Wanna One’s Kang Daniel. Appearance-wise, I like guys with puppy-like features. That and someone who is ‘beagle-y’.”

The singer admitted that she isn’t always happy and when she does go through difficult times, she reads handwritten letters from her fans. “I will work hard so please send me lots of love,” said Serri, who asked fans to look forward to her collaboration with an indie band that is scheduled to release a song in September and another in October.
