Watch: NU'EST W Experiences Special Moment With Fans After Audio Cuts Out During Performance

No sound? No problem. This was the case for NU’EST W and their fans during a performance of “If You” on August 31.

As a part of a support event for the South Korean vs. Iran “2018 Russia World Cup” qualifier match, NU’EST W was one of the performers at a K-pop concert and performed “If You,” “Overcome,” and “Look.”

About a minute into their performance of “If You,” the audio started to make odd noises and Baekho touched his in-ear monitor as the members looked over at him, before the sound completely cut out.

However, fans came to the rescue as they sang the words to “If You.” The NU’EST W members smiled when they heard the fans sing for them, and gave them a thumbs-up. NU’EST W and fans laughed and carried on singing until the sound came back on just in time for Baekho’s next verse.

Despite the mishap, the NU’EST W members and fans couldn’t stop smiling. Watch a fan-taken video of the beautiful performance below.
