EXO's Repackaged Album Sweeps Domestic And Global Album Charts

EXO has once again demonstrated their impressive chart power!

The group’s repackaged album “The War: The Power of Music” was released on September 5. Along with the title track topping realtime digital charts, the album also swept daily physical sales charts on Korean platforms such as Hanteo, Synnara Records, YES24, HOTTRACKS, and more.

In addition, it dominated iTunes album charts worldwide, taking first in 33 countries. As of 10:20 a.m. KST on September 6, the album is first on iTunes album charts in Spain, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Greece, Czech Republic, Romania, Poland, Luxembourg, Russia, Turkey, Mexico, India, Japan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Laos, Kazakhstan, Brunei, El Salvador, Peru, Bolivia, Belize, Armenia, Slovakia, and Ecuador.

The album also ranked in the top 10 of iTunes album charts in 20 additional countries including the United States, Canada, Australia, England, France, Germany, Switzerland, Portugal, Argentina, and Brazil.

EXO will be performing their first comeback stage for title track “Power” on the September 7 episode of “M!Countdown.”
