Im Siwan Receives Military Assignment For Rest Of Service

Singer and actor Im Siwan has been chosen as an assistant instructor for new recruits.

According to his agency Plum Actors on September 19, “Im Siwan will be serving as an assistant instructor for new recruits of the 25th division.”

The assistant instructors are chosen from among trainees that performed well, priority given to those who express the desire to take on the position. They will be in charge of training new recruits.

Im Siwan enlisted in the military on July 11 to begin his 21 months of mandatory military service. He is scheduled to be discharged on April 10, 2019.

Meanwhile, his MBC drama “The King Loves” will air its last episode today.
