BTS Sets New First Day Album Sales Record With "Love Yourself: Her"

BTS’s latest album “Love Yourself: Her” and title track “DNA” are breaking and creating new records.

On September 20, Hanteo Chart confirmed that the group created a new record with their first day album sales of 455,888 copies. The album was previously released on September 18 at 6 p.m. with offline sales starting on September 19.

BTS previously sold 373,705 copies of their last album “You Never Walk Alone” in its first week of release back in February. Thus, the large number of sales for their new album are all the more impressive.

Furthermore, “Love Yourself: Her” set a new record of highest stock pre-orders with 1,122,946 albums.

Meanwhile, BTS will be airing their comeback showcase on September 21.
