
"Running Man" Continues Streak Of High Viewership Ratings With Latest Episode
SBS’s “Running Man” is back on top.
According to Nielsen Korea, the latest October 1 episode of “Running Man” recorded 3.5 percent during the first part, and 5 percent during the second part of its episode amongst viewers ages 20 to 49, the most important index for advertisers.
This means it marked the highest viewership ratings in its time slot for the third consecutive week. The show has seen a significant increase in viewership ratings over the past few months.
Specifically in the Seoul metropolitan area, the first and second parts of the episode recorded 6.1 percent and 8.8 percent respectively. Notably, the program reached a peak of 11.1 percent towards the end of this episode, which teased how the “Kwangdol siblings” will carry out their punishment in a cable car in Indonesia.
