APL Members To Join YG Survival Show

As more idols are announcing their participation in the YG Entertainment and JTBC show “MIXNINE,” boy group APL has confirmed that some of their members will be taking part.

APL is a group with five members (TIN, Hyuk, Seoin, J-No, and Tom) who debuted in 2016 under DAM Entertainment. So far, they’ve promoted in both Korea and Japan but gained popularity especially in Japan after appearing on a show and doing a city concert tour.

After much discussion, it was decided that three members, TIN, Hyuk, and J-No, will be joining “MIXNINE.” Their agency officially announced the three members’ participation in the show through APL’s fan cafe, saying, “We are going to show their full potential and capabilities that they haven’t shown before. Please send your support and interest to the APL members who have made this difficult decision.”

“MIXNINE” is a survival group that show that will air on JTBC and feature YG Entertainment founder Yang Hyun Suk. He will be visiting various entertainment agencies in order to find new stars, and confirmed participants so far include include members of DreamCatcherKNKONF24K, and more.

The show will start airing on October 29 at 4:50 p.m. KST.
