CNBLUE’s Jung Yong Hwa Comments On Being Comfortable With His “The Package” Role
During a recent pictorial and interview with Elle magazine, CNBLUE’s Jung Yong Hwa shared his thoughts on toning down his workaholic lifestyle, and acting as San Ma Roo in JTBC’s “The Package.”
The singer revealed that up until a year or two ago, he had no thought of taking a break. “I hadn’t really taken time off like that before, and I found joy in working. However, now that I’m at the end of my 20s and turned 29 [by Korean reckoning], I’m trying to be more relaxed about my life,” he explained.
Jung Yong Hwa also discussed how comfortable he is with his newest drama role in “The Package.” He commented, “It felt like I found clothes that fit me perfectly when I filmed for [‘The Package’]. The director and my seniors complimented me a lot, saying that they didn’t know that I could act with so much humor and wit. That’s why I’m curious to find out if the viewers also think I’m a good fit for my role.”
“The Package” airs every Friday and Sunday, at 11 p.m. KST. The rest of Jung Yong Hwa’s interview and photo shoot can be found in the November issue of Elle.
