Yulhee Posts Handwritten Letter After Leaving LABOUM

Following news of her departure from LABOUM, Yulhee posted a heartfelt letter on the group’s official fan cafe.

She wrote, “The weather’s getting pretty chilly these days, so please dress warmly and be careful not to catch a cold. You were all probably taken aback by the sudden news, but putting my apologetic feelings aside for a moment, I’m writing this letter because I have something to say to the fans.

“I’m very thankful for the past three years that I’ve spent as a member of LABOUM. I’ve made a lot of precious memories with the members and fans. I laughed and cried a lot during those years, and I spent many blissful days wondering if I really deserved all the love.

“However, it was also a period where I went through a lot of emotional distress, asking myself a countless number of questions and worrying about my future. During that long period of time, I discussed these concerns with my fellow members and the people at our agency, and they eventually decided to respect my decision. I am announcing with an apologetic heart that today is my last day as LABOUM’s Yulhee.

“Many of you were probably surprised by the sudden news. I am very sorry for disappointing you after you’ve given me so much love. I’m sad that I can’t keep my promise to stay with you guys for a longer time, but looking back at the past, I’ve realized that there have been so many unforgettable moments. It must’ve been very difficult and painful for my fellow LABOUM members to accept my decision, so I feel very thankful and sorry to them as well. I will always be supporting them.

“It’s my last moment as LABOUM’s Yulhee, but I ask that you will continue supporting my fellow members, and I also hope you will support my future as Kim Yulhee. To all the fans, members, and employees of Global H Media, thank you for all the precious memories and experiences.

“Lastly, thank you to all those who have loved and supported me. I will never forget you.
