Super Junior And Red Velvet Engage In Psychological Battles To Find “The Spies” On “Running Man”

Super Junior’s LeeteukDonghaeYesung, and Eunhyuk and Red Velvet’s Joy and Irene joined the regular “Running Man” cast for a fierce episode that brought back some of the show’s classic corners!

During the November 12 broadcast, the idols and cast members were split into two teams. Each of the teams had an unrevealed spy that would be working for the opposing team as they played a series of games.

One team consisted of Yoo Jae Suk, Leeteuk, Joy, Ji Suk Jin, Eunhyuk, Lee Kwang Soo, and Jun So Min, while the other was made up of Kim Jong Kook, Song Ji Hyo, Yesung, Donghae, Irene, Yang Se Chan, and Haha.

The first team cast their suspicions on Joy due to her losing the first round of a game where she had to make sure to succeed before her teammate falls in the water. Eunhyuk also found out what it was like to have his teammates be suspicious of him when it was his turn to play as they complained about how slow he was.

As the episode went on, everyone from Lee Kwang Soo to Yoo Jae Suk were named as potential spies.

For the final corner of the episode, everyone participated in a revival of the show’s old classic, the name tag-ripping race. While one team searched for boxes containing “money,” the other hunted them down and tried to rip off their name tags.

Yang Se Chan stood out from his team when he suddenly told opposing team member Lee Kwang Soo, “I’ll take care of this so you go and return [to your group].” While this made Yesung absolutely certain that they had found the spy within their team, Donghae seemed more hesitant. While Yang Se Chan insisted he had done that to see if Lee Kwang Soo was the spy working for them from the opposite team, no one could shake off their suspicions.

In the other team, Eunhyuk unexpectedly let Song Ji Hyo go instead of pulling off her name tag, and told her where to find what she needed. The Super Junior member was revealed to the viewers only to be one of the spies when he confidently commented to himself, “I think I make a good spy.”

After all the games were completed, the two teams were instructed to correctly guess who were the spies. While Eunkyuk’s team started to name him, he successfully convinced them that Joy was the spy within their team. Meanwhile, the other team stuck to their original choice and named Yang Se Chan as a spy.

In the end, both teams guessed incorrectly, as Eunhyuk and Haha were the spies.
