Tiger JK Reveals The Surprisingly Meaningful Reason He Doesn't Cut His Hair

On the November 12 episode of JTBC’s “Night Goblin,” Tiger JK revealed the reason why he keeps growing out his hair.

He said, “My father passed away four years ago due to cancer. I was with him while he underwent medical treatment, and I feel like the only thing that remains from that time is my hair stained with blood and sweat. That’s why I decided I wouldn’t cut it.”

However, he added that he’d recently changed his mind. “However, I’ve started to rethink things and I’ve decided to cut my hair today. I feel like I’ve received some healing while here.”

“Night Goblin” is a show that seeks out “hot” places around South Korea, where people spend the night in lineups in order to be the first in the door. It airs every Sunday at 6:30 p.m. KST.
