Seohyun Talks About Meeting Tiffany In The U.S. And Future Acting Plans

Seohyun recently took part in an interview after the wrap of the MBC drama “Bad Thief, Good Thief” and opened up about her future plans.

The singer-actress revealed that she would be traveling to the U.S. to shoot a pictorial and to film the OnStyle variety show “Sa Yi Appeal” (literal translation) in New York. “Sa Yi Appeal” is a program where people with a strong social media following share their lifestyle.

Seohyun said, “After filming, I’m planning to spend a week there. It’s my first break in 10 years.” She continued, “I think I’m going to L.A. to meet up with Tiffany. When I contacted her, she said to come anytime.”

As for her future plans after leaving SM Entertainment, Seohyun stated, “I want to focus on myself at a leisurely pace,” and added she wants to work without pressure. When asked about continuing acting, Seohyun said she would like to try a double role. “I really enjoyed the 2015 MBC drama ‘Kill Me, Heal Me,'” she said. “I, also [like the character in the drama], have various personalities in me. I want to become an actress that can freely portray that kind of [complexity].” Closing, Seohyun said she’s currently in discussion a drama to come next year.
