Kim Rae Won And Shin Se Kyung Look Good In Both Modern And Traditional Dress In

Upcoming drama “Black Knight” has released stills of Kim Rae Won and Shin Se Kyung in traditional hanbok as well as a poster of the pair in elegant modern dress.

In her stills, Shin Se Kyung wears a simple but elegant white hanbok, looking as natural as only a veteran sageuk actress can. Her filmography contains hit historical dramas like “The Great Queen Seon Deok,” “Tree With Deep Roots,” and “Six Flying Dragons.” It remains to be seen how her character, Jung Hae Ra, described as a travel agent in the 21st century, is connected to the woman Shin Se Kyung is playing in the past.

Kim Rae Won also channels his inner Joseon man in hanbok and the trademark black hat. Despite his aristocratic aura, he is seen mingling comfortably with the lower classes in the village.

However, the poster of the two lead actors is a 180-degree change, showing Shin Se Kyung in a very modern gown and Kim Rae Won in a black tuxedo. The plot summary of “Black Knight” is described as story of a man who risk a dangerous fate for the woman he loves. In keeping with this idea, the tagline for the poster reads, “Passing through time, a fateful love that starts again.”

“Black Knight” will air following the end of “Mad Dog” on December 6 at 10 p.m. KST.
