Red Velvet, BTS, And KARD Take Spots In Top 5 Of Billboard’s World Albums Chart

Billboard has released its latest charts, and Red Velvet has set a new record for K-pop girl groups on the World Albums chart!

On the updated World Albums chart for the week ending in December 9, Red Velvet’s second full album “Perfect Velvet” has grabbed the No. 1 spot. This is the group’s fourth time topping the World Albums chart, and they are the K-pop girl group with the most releases to hit No. 1 on the chart.

BTS’s mini album “Love Yourself: Her” is maintaining the No. 2 spot in its tenth week on the chart.

KARD has also entered the World Albums chart with their mini album “You & Me,” and are currently at No. 4.

Meanwhile, MONSTA X’s “The Code” and SEVENTEEN’s “TEEN, AGE” keep spots on the chart, this week at No. 12 and No. 13 respectively.
