Yoon Kyun Sang And Jung Hye Sung Compare Their Action Scenes In "Oh, The Mysterious"
On the November 28 episode of SBS’s “Night of Real Entertainment,” co-stars Yoon Kyun Sang and Jung Hye Sung commented on their respective action scenes in “Oh, the Mysterious.”
The drama is about framed death-row convict Kim Jong Sam (played by Yoon Kyun Sang) who escapes prison and accidentally becomes a fake detective, partnered with a talented yet tough detective Jin Jin Young (played by Jung Hye Sung).
Jung Hye Sung’s character is the complete opposite of the sweet and adorable roles the actress has previously played. When asked about the action scenes for her role, she commented, “Actually for what we’ve filmed so far, Yoon Kyun Sang has had more physical action scenes.” Yoon Kyun Sang then explained, “I play more of the action scenes meant for a fool, as in, I get hit a lot. Jung Hye Sung does a lot of cool and flashy actions scenes that are more professional.”
When the interviewer brought up that his previous roles also required him to get hit a lot, Yoon Kyun Sang joked, “I must not be meant for comfortable roles. Maybe because my body is a good type for action scenes.”
