Jung Woo Sung To Step Down From CEO Position At His Agency To Focus On Acting

Actor and head of agency Artist Company Jung Woo Sung is stepping down from his official position to focus on acting.

On December 27, Artist Company announced through a press release, “Artist Company, which houses actors like Lee Jung Jae, Jung Woo Sung, Ha Jung Woo, Yum Jung Ah, Go Ara, and Bae Sung Woo, has appointed a new CEO in Kim Byung Sun.”

The press release continued, “Kim Byung Sun was recently appointed to the position and Jung Woo Sung, who had previously occupied the CEO position while still working as an actor, has decided to change to a director position instead and focus on his acting career.”

Kim Byung Sun has previously occupied the CEO position at Star K Entertainment, which has managed artists like Yoo Ah In, Moon Chae Won, Yeon Jung Hoon, Park Shi Hoo, Lee Da Hae, and Jung Il Woo.

Artist Company was co-founded in 2016 by Lee Jung Jae and Jung Woo Sung.
