MBC To Hold Off On Airing New Dramas Until March

MBC has announced that it will not be airing any new dramas until March.

On January 2, representatives for the broadcast network stated, “Instead of rushing to meet our schedule by hurriedly introducing our dramas, we preferred to make our preparations slowly and present our works when they are polished and fully complete. As a result, we had no choice but to push back the programming for our new dramas.”

After the dramas “I Am Not A Robot” and “Two Cops” end in late January, MBC will not air any new dramas until mid-March. Instead, it will use the time slots that it typically reserves for dramas to air its coverage of the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics.

Meanwhile, MBC’s weekend dramas “Money Flower” and “Man Who Sets The Table” will continue to air as usual.
