BTS’s “MIC Drop” Remix Breaks Their Record As K-Pop Group Track With Most Weeks On Billboard’s Hot 100

BTS’s “MIC Drop” remix has now been on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart for even longer than their hit song “DNA”!

On January 3, Billboard updated its charts for the week ending in January 6, and BTS’s “MIC Drop” remix (produced by Steve Aoki and featuring Desiigner) has come in at No. 82 on the Hot 100 chart. This is the fifth week in a row that the song has been on the chart, which measures the most popular songs in the United States.

By charting on the Hot 100 for five weeks, BTS’s “MIC Drop” remix has now beaten their previous record for K-pop groups, which “DNA” set with four weeks on the Hot 100.

BTS also remains on many other Billboard charts this week. “Love Yourself: Her” is spending its twelfth week on the Billboard 200 chart, now rising to No. 106, and also maintains the No. 1 spot on the World Albums chart. BTS is also still the No. 1 artist on the Social 50 chart.

Congratulations to BTS!
