Kim Rae Won And Shin Se Kyung Set The Mood For Their Kiss Scene In "Black Knight"

On January 9, KBS 2TV’s Wednesday-Thursday drama “Black Knight” released behind-the-scenes photos from the filming of the famous kiss scene between Moon Soo Ho (Kim Rae Won) and Jung Hae Ra (Shin Se Kyung).

Last week on the ninth episode, Soo Ho and Hae Ra confirmed their feelings for one another in a sweet kiss scene. Hae Ra didn’t completely trust him yet, so Soo Ho confessed his feelings and said, “You can trust me. While you date me, you can learn that there are men you can trust in this world.”

Hae Ra was touched by his words and kissed Soo Ho, but got shy and tried to leave. Soo Ho grabbed her and the two carried on a steamy kiss scene that excited viewers.

Behind-the-scenes photos show Kim Rae Won and Shin Se Kyung preparing and rehearsing for the kiss scene. Since they filmed the scene at night in cold weather, the actors are dressed in padded coats and huddled close to each other on the couch while going over their lines together.

Shin Se Kyung has her arm folded under Kim Rae Won’s with her head rested on his shoulder, while Kim Rae Won looks at her affectionately. This was an important scene where the couple confessed their feelings and officially began their romance, and the romantic chemistry created on set is visible in these behind-the-scenes photos.

A source from the drama said, “This scene is where Soo Ho and Hae Ra dramatically showed their feelings, so the actors and staff on set tried hard not to break the atmosphere. Kim Rae Won and Shin Se Kyung went over the script and conversed even during the break time. As a result, Soo Ho and Hae Ra’s kiss scene was completed beautifully.
