BTS Rises On Billboard's Charts + Sets New Record For K-Pop Groups On Hot 100

BTS has risen once again on Billboard’s top albums and top songs charts!

On January 9, Billboard released its charts for the week ending in January 13.

BTS’s “MIC Drop” remix has now set an even longer record for K-pop group tracks on the Hot 100 as it spends its sixth week on the chart. Billboard’s Hot 100 chart measures the most popular songs in the United States, and the remix of “MIC Drop” has even risen in popularity, taking the No. 66 spot after being at No. 82 last week.

While “MIC Drop” scores for BTS on the top songs chart, BTS’s latest mini album “Love Yourself: Her” is doing well on the Billboard 200, which ranks the most popular albums of the week in the United States.

“Love Yourself: Her” has shot up to No. 72 on the Billboard 200 after being at No. 106 last week, and is spending its thirteenth week on the chart.

The mini album also remains at No. 1 on the World Albums chart, with “You Never Walk Alone” also climbing to No. 4 and “WINGS” rising to No. 5. This is the sixteenth week that “Love Yourself: Her” has been on the chart.

Meanwhile, BTS takes the No. 1 spot on the Social 50 chart once again, and also comes in at No. 71 on the Artist 100 chart.

Other chart appearances by BTS this week include “MIC Drop” taking No. 26 on the Pop Songs chart and No. 58 on the Canadian Hot 100, and “Love Yourself: Her” coming in at No. 12 on the Independent Albums chart and No. 44 on the Canadian Albums chart.

Congratulations to BTS!
