2PM's Wooyoung Shares Thoughts On Promoting At The Same Time As Sunmi And Jo Kwon
On January 15, 2PM’s Wooyoung held press interviews ahead of his second mini album release.
When asked about his former JYP labelmates Sunmi and Jo Kwon also making January comebacks, Wooyoung answered, “On a completely personal level, I always hope for everyone to succeed.”
He continued, “Sunmi released an album in a different company and did so well, and I felt so happy because we were part of the same family. Jo Kwon thinks a lot about music, and I am glad that he can show new sides of himself.”
“This is really the time to support each other. I think it’s what family is to support each other even more when going on our separate paths,” he concluded.
Jo Kwon returned with digital single “Lonely” through Cube Entertainment on January 10. Wooyoung’s mini album will be released on January 15 at 6 p.m. KST, and Sunmi’s new track “Heroine” will be released on January 18.
