Oh My Girl Reveals Which Girl Group They Want To Be Friends With

The members of Oh My Girl appeared as guests on the January 27 broadcast of SBS LoveFM’s “Song Eun Yi and Kim Sook’s Unni’s Radio.”

During the broadcast, one listener asked Oh My Girl, “Do you have a girl group that you want to get closer to?” to which they answered, “Yes. It’s a very energetic group. It’s Celeb Five.”

Celeb Five is a unique girl group consisting of popular comediennes Kim Shin Young, Ahn Young Mi, Shin Bong Sun, Song Eun Yi, and Kim Young Hee. They debuted with the song “I Wanna Be a Celeb,” which quickly went viral. As one of the members of the group, DJ Song Eun Yi jokingly replied to Oh My Girl that she’ll do her best.

Oh My Girl shared their experience of watching Celeb Five’s live performance. “We were so impressed. We kept on screaming at the side. Watching them perform passionately barefoot, we wanted to jump in and join. We screamed so much that we almost couldn’t do our live performance [after],” they commented.

The popular girl group went on to say that four years had passed since their debut. Arin, the youngest member in Oh My Girl, turned 20 this year. “Arin debuted when she was 16 and now she’s 20,” they said. “The other members wanted to throw me a birthday party, but we had a comeback, so we decided to celebrate when our promotions are over,” Arin added.

Although all members are now of age, Oh My Girl revealed that they have never gone drinking together. “When our promotions are over and we have the chance, we’d like to have a drink together. We really don’t know each other’s alcohol tolerance levels,” they shared.

Meanwhile, Oh My Girl recently released their fifth mini album “Secret Garden.”
