Park Ji Hoon's Agency Gives Update On Legal Action Against Malicious Commenters

A few months after Maroo Entertainment first announced they would be taking legal action against malicious commenters, they have provided an update to fans on the situation.

In a series of posts to Twitter on February 7, the agency wrote:

“Hello, this is Maroo Entertainment’s fan manager. We are writing to inform you of the progress of our legal complaint announced last October. Many suspects have been investigated by the police and we are currently in the stage of the police recommending these cases for prosecution. As soon as the police complete their investigation, we will prosecute the suspects without leniency.”

“As there are many people to be charged, we ask for your understanding in how long this is taking. Thank you always for waiting.”

The agency also stated that a new email had been created for sending in evidence of malicious comments and rumors about Park Ji Hoon and thanked fans for sending in their proofs.

They concluded, “According to the police, not all the suspects have been contacted. We will continue contacting suspects; we are investigating according to each website used, so there will be differences in the time that each suspect is contacted. Thank you for understanding.”
