Go Hyun Jung's Side Responds To Viewers' Requests For Her To Come Back To "Return"
Many viewers have been voicing their opposition to Go Hyun Jung stepping down from the drama “Return.”
On February 8, the official homepage for SBS’s “Return” received over 800 posts from viewers asking Go Hyun Jung to come back to the drama. The viewers expressed their anger towards SBS and production staff for making Go Hyun Jung leave the drama, calling it abuse of power.
In response to viewers’ requests for the actress to return to the drama, a source from Go Hyun Jung’s agency stated that there is no turning back. “We understand that the public wants her to come back, but there will be no change in what has already been decided. We can only hope that the remaining episodes of ‘Return’ will do well.”
After it was announced that Go Hyun Jung would be leaving the drama, a source from SBS issued a statement regarding potential follow-up measures and stated that actress Park Jin Hee is in talks to join the cast.
