Update: "The Unit" Shares New Poster For First Additional Special Episode

In honor of Lunar New Year and its first upcoming additional episode, “The Unit” has revealed a new poster featuring the nine members of Unit G and Unit B!

As previously mentioned, the February 18 broadcast will go behind the scenes and give a closer look at the 18 finalists, while the February 24 broadcast will be when the members and viewers alike will find out the winning group names.

Unit G and Unit B will also be holding a fan meeting on March 3 at Gocheok Sky Dome.

KBS’s “The Unit” has shared details about the mysterious two dates that the show had previously announced in a teaser.

With only the top 18 female and top 18 male contestants now remaining on the idol rebooting show, the live February 10 episode of “The Unit” will include their final performances as well as the announcement of which idols have secured spots in the two nine-member groups.

The show had previously released a puzzling teaser image that included text hinting at a “Special Day” on February 18 and a “UNI+ Day” on February 24.

Some details about the two special broadcasts have now been shared. The February 18 “Special Day” episode will allow everyone to get to know more about the members of the two final groups. It will air at 11:20 p.m. KST, and it’s promised to be very informative.

The February 24 “UNI+ Day” broadcast will include the announcement of the names for the finalist groups, as well as mark their powerful start. There will also be a fun match with the male top nine idols and the female top nine idols taking part. The show will begin at 11 p.m. KST.

The next episode of “The Unit” will air on February 10 at 9:50 p.m. KST on KBS 2TV.
