Jo Jung Suk Becomes Free Agent After Contract With Agency Expires

Actor Jo Jung Suk is now a free agent as he has made the decision to not renew his contract with agency Culture Depot.

On February 15, Culture Depot confirmed the news through the release of an official statement that read, “As the expiration of our contract with Jo Jung Suk neared, we spoke with him and we all came to the decision to part ways.”

They continued on to write, “We want to sincerely thank Jo Jung Suk, who we began working with in 2015. We fully support him on his bright future as an actor who excels in not only movies and dramas, but also on stage in live performances as well.”

Jo Jung Suk signed on with Culture Depot in February 2015 and has been busy pursuing a variety of acting projects. During his partnership with the agency, he worked on some of his best dramas like tvN’s “Oh My Ghostess” and SBS’s “Don’t Dare to Dream (Jealousy Incarnate).” He recently wrapped up his latest drama, MBC’s “Two Cops,” and is currently performing in the musical “Amadeus.”
