Lee Soo Geun And PD Na Young Suk Visit Lee Seung Gi On The Set Of "Hwayugi"

Lee Soo Geun and producing director (Na Young Suk) visited the set of tvN’s weekend drama “Hwayugi” to show their support for lead actor Lee Seung Gi!

On February 18, Lee Seung Gi posted a photo of the trio on his Instagram account with the caption, “Variety show’s Son Oh Gong, this drama’s Son Oh Gong, and PDs’… Subhuti? The original demons came to the set to support me on the last day of the Lunar New Year holidays.”

Lee Seung Gi, Lee Soo Geun, and PD Na Young Suk first worked together on KBS 2TV’s “2 Days & 1 Night.” They also launched the first season of tvN’s hit variety show series “New Journey to the West” along with SECHSKIES’s Eun Ji Won and Kang Ho Dong. They have maintained a close friendship throughout the years, and it shows in their latest meet up on the set of Lee Seung Gi’s latest drama.

“Hwayugi” is based on the classic novel “New Journey to the West” and follows demons Son Oh Gong and Woo Ma Wang as they try to find light in a dark world. The drama airs every Saturday and Sunday at 9 p.m. KST.
