"The Unit" Announces Potential Group Names + Opens Voting

“The Unit” has revealed the potential names for the final groups!

Narrowed down from ideas submitted by fans, there are six options for the male group and seven options for the female group.

The potential male group names are as follows:

1. “UNIT B” – The classic unit name familiar to many
2. “Unison” – Meaning the harmony and unity of the team
3. “U.N.B” – Acronym for “You and Unit B”
4. “B.ONE” – Meaning that fans and the unit will become one
5. “Uni.K” – Combination of “Unique” and “Keen”
6. “My Turn” – The title of the main song for “The Unit”

The potential female group names are as follows:

1. “UNIT G” – The classic unit name familiar to many
2. “Unity” – Meaning the harmony and unity of the team
3. “U.N.G” – Acronym for “You and Unit G”
4. “G.ONE” – Meaning that fans and the unit will become one
5. “Uni.on” – Short for “Unit on the stage”
6. “The Shine” – The title of the song by the “The Unit” female contestants
7. “UNI” – Acronym for “You and I”

Voting will take place on TMON from February 20 through February 22 at 12 p.m. KST. The final results will be announced via the special episode of “The Unit” on February 24 at 11 p.m. KST.
