VIXX's N Shares Uplifting Words From His Mother And Thoughts On Gaining Confidence

VIXX’s N took on a fun concept for a pictorial with CeCi magazine, and also shared some of his thoughts.

In newly released images, N is seen dressed in pink for a concept perfect for White Day, the day when boys give candy or other gifts to the girls who gifted them with chocolate on Valentine’s Day. The day is celebrated on March 14.

According to a staff member for the pictorial, N enjoyed the make-up he tried for the shoot, and kept spirits up on set as he smiled from beginning to end.

For an interview to go along with the photos, N shared some of his honest thoughts. When asked what his personal favorite phrase is, N said that it is from a letter that his mother gave him on his first birthday after his debut. He shared, “It was a very meaningful letter to me. In life, there are occasionally times when you start to overthink, feel like there’s suddenly no one around you, or feel lonely for no reason.”

He explained, “In the letter, my mother wrote, ‘It’s a relief that there are so many good people around you.’ I often think of my family, members, and friends when I look at the letter. Doesn’t it warm your heart and make you stronger when you know that you have precious people by your side?”

N added that lately he’s started to believe in himself more. “I used to be impatient and anxious, but now I’m more certain, so I feel at ease,” he added.

When asked if there is anything he guards himself from, N replied, “Spending time meaninglessly. There is nothing more dangerous than repeatedly spending time aimlessly. If you get used to that, you will tend to feel low.”
