8 Lip Colors That Are Perfect For Spring

It’s officially Spring! Which means it’s a great time to try out some new makeup looks. One of the easiest ways to make a spring transformation is to change up your lip color since applying a lip product tends to be easier than tackling things like complex eye makeup. Check out some of the trending spring shades in K-beauty to figure out which lip colors you want to try this spring!

Neutral pink

Pink is the quintessential choice for spring. Opt for a neutral shade for a lovely look suitable with any outfit. Likewise, neutral pink goes with any makeup look, whether you want a no-makeup makeup look or smokey eyes bound for a party. innisfree’s Real Fit Color Liquid in G2 is a sparkly and glossy option.

Plum pink

Plum pink is a purple shade of pink, and a more intense violet pink can be considered a similar alternative. This color looks especially great on cool-toned individuals. It’s also a nice shade to try the gradient lip look with. Peripera’s Airy Ink Velvet in Bright Plum is a nice choice if you like velvet lip tints!

Fuchsia pink

This shade of pink tends to flatter any skin tone due to having both red and blue tones. You can try a fuchsia that leans closer to red if you have warm undertones, a more blue fuchsia if you have cool undertones, and either if you have neutral undertones. While most fuchsias are universally flattering, you can experiment to figure out your preference. Peripera’s Sugar Glow Lip Tint in Cherry Pie Filling has a shiny finish that will make your lips look luscious.

Pink red

Red pink has a strong and feminine appeal. Go for full coverage if you want to go for a chic look or try a gradient lip for a softer touch. Etude House’s Cherry Blossom Dear My Lips Matte Tinting Lips Talk in PK005 has a pretty cherry blossom design.

Coral red

While many opt for a pink shade in springtime, a red infused with coral will help you stand out! You can select a shade that leans closer to coral for a more natural look or select one that leans more red for a statement lip. Go for Clio’s Rouge Heel Velvet in Muse City to get Krystal’s coral red lips above.

Orange red

Orange reds appear very similar to coral reds. However, coral reds are slightly more pink while red oranges are not pink. Orange shades brighten complexions. Try a moisturizing lipstick in orange red to give you a more vibrant look. Mamonde’s Creamy Tint Squeeze Lip in Chic Red is nice fiery shade.

Neon orange

If you want to go for a fun and youthful look, try neon orange! Your lips will definitely turn heads with this bright shade. This lip color will complete your spring fashion look. WAKEMAKE’s Lip Paint in Apple Paint has bold and lasting color.

Peach

Not into bright shades and pinks? Go for a more natural peach shade that is like a perfect MLBB (my lips but better) coral. You can layer Clio’s Mad Matte Tint in Peach Mousse for a barely there peach lips or a strong peach lip look.
