Watch: "It's Dangerous Beyond The Blankets" Shares Cute Videos Of EXO's Xiumin And Wanna One's Kang Daniel

MBC has released two new videos of EXO’s Xiumin and Wanna One’s Kang Daniel for their upcoming variety show “It’s Dangerous Beyond the Blankets”!

The videos take viewers behind the scenes of Xiumin and Kang Daniel‘s photo shoots for the new series. For Xiumin, the show’s staff had prepared a surprise birthday cake and he looked delighted and touched by their gesture. He reads out the message on the cake and bursts out laughing as it says, “Xiumin and ‘It’s Dangerous Beyond the Blankets,’ let’s go all the way to the Daesang [Grand Prize] at the entertainment awards!” He also happily reads another message that says, “EXO-CBX, let’s sell two million copies!”

Xiumin thanks everyone before he confesses, “I’m a little embarrassed [by all the attention],” and briefly pauses before he looks down at the cake and says, “What do I do with this now?” As everyone laughs, he carefully places the cake down on a table and gets back to work with a smile on his face.

In his video, Kang Daniel is seen using a laptop as a prop with empty jelly packets strewn around him. He reaches out for one of the packets but looks sad when he realizes that it’s empty. He looks around before finding that the side table next to him is filled with even more packets of jelly, and takes a few out to munch on. He also finds more snacks in the drawers behind him, and he laughs as he remarks, “I’m eating like such a pig right now.” However, that doesn’t phase him as he happily continues to eat more sweets, chips, and other snacks, washing it all down with a bottle of soda.

MBC’s “It’s Dangerous Beyond the Blankets” will be a variety show that follows celebrity homebodies as they spend time together. Xiumin and Kang Daniel will be joined by  Kim Min Suk, Loco, Lee Yi Kyung, Jang Ki Ha, and Jeong Sewoon.

The first episode will air on April 5 at 11:10 p.m. KST.
