UNB's Feeldog Comments On Promoting At The Same Time As His Best Friend Hoya

UNB member Feeldog shared his thoughts on promoting at the same time as his longtime best friend Hoya in a recent interview with Sports Today.

UNB is a project group made up of nine members that was formed through KBS’s idol rebooting program “The Unit.”

Hoya recently made his solo debut on March 28 after departing from INFINITE. When asked about promoting at the same time as his best friend, Feeldog replied, “We’re having new beginnings around the same time, so it felt strange as we contacted each other [about it]. We spoke candidly to each other to not lose sight of our roots especially at times like these.”

Hoya had previously mentioned Feeldog in a past interview where he said that Feeldog only shared criticism after watching him in a musical for the first time.

Feeldog explained, “I said it with good intentions. It was my first time seeing Hoya in a musical. Watching him act on that big stage made me feel emotional. In the past, I didn’t even watch the dramas that he appeared in.”

He continued, “It felt strange. When I contacted him, I spoke sarcastically along the lines of, ‘You need to practice more.'”

UNB released their debut mini album “Boyhood” on April 7 at 6 p.m. KST and held their debut stage on KBS 2TV’s “Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook” on the same day.
