Daniel Henney’s agency has responded to dating rumors.

On April 9, a news outlet reported that the actor is dating Japanese-American actress Ru Kumagai.

In response, Daniel Henney’s agency Echo Global Group commented, “After checking with him, we are letting you know that they are actor colleagues that met at a friendly gathering and that he is just close colleagues with Ru Kumagai. It is not true that they are dating.”

The agency added, “We apologize for the late statement as it took a long time to check with him due to the time difference. Thank you.”
