tvN’s Hit Drama “Goblin” Confirmed To Air On Japanese TV
tvN’s hit series “Goblin” will begin airing in Japan soon!
“Goblin” completed its run in Korea last January and was a fantasy romance drama starring Gong Yoo, Lee Dong Wook, and Kim Go Eun. The drama was loved both in and outside of Korea, and solidified Gong Yoo’s status as a Hallyu Star as he received love all throughout Asia through the drama.
Now, “Goblin” is set to air in Japan through the broadcasting channel Tokyo TV. Beginning on May 21, the drama will air at 8:15 a.m. local time under the title “Goblin ~Lovely Days You Gave Me~.” This is the same time slot other popular dramas such as “Moonlight Drawn by Clouds,” “Six Flying Dragons,” and “The Legend of the Blue Sea” aired previously.
“Goblin” was a fantasy romance between goblin Kim Shin (Gong Yoo), who wished to end his immortal life by finding his bride, and Ji Eun Tak (Kim Go Eun). The drama holds the record for the highest ratings for a tvN drama, having peaked at 20.5 percent.
