Girl's Day's Hyeri Talks About How She Responds To Criticism

In a recent pictorial and interview with fashion magazine Marie Claire, Girl’s Day member Hyeri shared how she reacts to both compliments and criticism.

The idol-turned-actress is currently enjoying a flourishing career in a number of areas, including acting, singing, and appearing on variety programs. However, in spite of her considerable popularity, she didn’t shy away from acknowledging the fact that she has received her fair share of criticism as well.

Hyeri revealed that she kept an open attitude to all feedback, whether good or bad, and that she was prepared to admit to her own faults. “There were times when [I received] both criticism and praise together,” she recalled, “but I’m the type to accept it and acknowledge [my shortcomings].”

When asked about her goals for the future, Hyeri replied, “I want to meet good people and enjoy working on something fun with them.”

In addition to recently becoming a permanent MC for tvN’s new variety show “Amazing Saturday,” Hyeri will be making her silver screen debut in the upcoming film “Water Monster” (literal title), which is scheduled to premiere later this year.
