Lee Yi Kyung Talks About "It's Dangerous Beyond The Blankets" Co-Stars Kang Daniel And Loco
Actor Lee Yi Kyung recently sat down for an interview following the conclusion of his drama “Waikiki.”
Aside from acting, he has also been active in variety programs like “It’s Dangerous Beyond the Blankets” and “Seoul Mate.” Lee Yi Kyung shared, “I previously went on shows like ‘Real Men’ and ‘Law of the Jungle’ because I wanted to try them. At that time, what made them fun were the difficulties or challenges.”
He continued, “Variety shows these days are extremely real. When I was filming ‘It’s Dangerous Beyond the Blankets,’ I went after pulling all-nighters four days in a row, so I really just slept, and that’s exactly how it was shown on broadcast. Kang Daniel tickled my feet, and I didn’t move at all. Such realistic sides of myself were filmed to the point that I wondered if it’s okay.”
When asked about who surprised him out of his co-stars on “It’s Dangerous Beyond the Blankets,” Lee Yi Kyung responded, “Loco is a guy who is extremely genuine and has his own definite mindset. He is also very caring. I didn’t expect that from just hearing his music.”
He continued, “Kang Daniel is a guy who is pure even to his soul. When my drama ended, he was the first person to send me a message that said, ‘You have worked hard, Hyung.’ The timing was amazing. He is a friend who makes me feel comfortable, and I like him.”
