“Tempted” Sees Slight Rise In Ratings During Its Finale

MBC’s “Tempted” and SBS’s special four-part drama “EXIT” came to a close on May 1.

According to Nielsen Korea, KBS2’s “The Miracle We Met” continued its impressive streak in first place among Monday-Tuesday evening dramas with its May 1 broadcast bringing in viewership ratings of 11.9 percent.

Choi Tae Joon shined as the main character of “EXIT,” which marked 4.6 percent in viewership ratings for both parts of its May 1 broadcast. While a slight decrease from its initial premiere ratings from April 30, the special ended its run in second place.

“Tempted” came in third place, but saw a slight increase in viewership ratings for its finale. It recorded 2.4 percent and 2.2 percent, 0.7 higher than the ratings for its penultimate episode. Notably, the drama had a high view count for replay clips uploaded on other sites such as YouTube and Naver TV, and was recognized for highlighting the potential that the main cast — Woo Do Hwan, Red Velvet’s Joy, Moon Ga Young, and Kim Min Jae — have as actors.
