"Wok Of Love" And "You Drive Me Crazy" Make Solid Premieres Against "The Miracle We Met"
KBS2’s “The Miracle We Met” faces two new competitors in its Monday-Tuesday evening time slot!
The drama has been consistently been first place in its time slot for many episodes now, and its May 7 broadcast was no exception. According to Nielson Korea, the latest episode of “The Miracle We Met” saw viewership ratings of 11.4 percent nationwide.
SBS’s newest drama “Wok of Love” brought in solid ratings of 5.8 percent and 6.4 percent, placing second. Starring 2PM’s Junho, Jung Ryeo Won, and Jang Hyuk, “Wok of Love” is a romantic-comedy about “a fiery love triangle that is hotter than the oil frying in a wok.” Many viewers praised the premiere for its wittiness and liveliness.
MBC’s special drama “You Drive Me Crazy” was in third place, recording 2.5 percent and 2.2 percent. With higher ratings than the finale of its predecessor “Tempted,” the drama utilized its short run to the fullest and delighted viewers with its fun and relatable storyline. It is about what happens when two long-time friends (portrayed by Kim Seon Ho and Lee Yoo Young) end up sleeping together one night.
