CROSS GENE's Shin Won Ho Confirmed To Appear In New Drama With Lee Si Young And Ji Hyun Woo

CROSS GENE’s Shin Won Ho will be starring in MBC’s new medical drama!

Shin Won Ho revealed this himself during CROSS GENE’s comeback showcase held on May 8. “It was decided that I would star in a Monday-Tuesday drama,” he said. “I’ll be appearing on MBC’s ‘Risky Romance’ [working title].”

“Risky Romance” is a medical drama that centers on the romantic relationship between a surgeon and an endocrinologist. Lee Si Young and Ji Hyun Woo are confirmed to play the leads. While also being a member of the boy group CROSS GENE, Shin Won Ho has actively worked as an actor. He has previously taken part in dramas including “Big,” “The Legend of the Blue Sea,” and “Secret Message.”

Shin Won Ho recently made a comeback with CROSS GENE as they released their fifth mini album “ZERO,” including the title track “Touch It.” Regarding his comeback, he said, “I’ll try harder with a fresh state of mind. I intend to work hard with the feeling of being born again.”

“Risky Romance” is scheduled to air sometime in July as a follow-up to “Partners For Justice.”
