Actress Kim Jung Min Withdraws Lawsuit Against CEO Ex-Boyfriend For Defamation And Blackmail

Actress Kim Jung Min has decided not to move forward with her lawsuit against CEO ex-boyfriend Son Tae Young. The actress previously reported her ex-boyfriend for blackmail and defamation in July 2017.

The actress’s legal representative released an official statement on May 8 that reads as follows:

“This is actress Kim Jung Min’s legal representative, Kim Young Man.

“The other party recently withdrew the lawsuit against Kim Jung Min and all related criminal charges.

“Kim Jung Min withdrew all the charges against the other party today as well, and has decided to be free from the legal trouble [between them].

“I hope that all the misunderstandings regarding Kim Jung Min that arose from her lawsuit and legal battle will be resolved.

“I also sincerely ask that you support Kim Jung Min so she can put this incident behind her, and return to actively promoting like before.”
